OBJECTives
Advising an investor throughout the off-plan sale of a building located in a joint development zone (ZAC)
Analysis and optimisation of the project, assistance and participation in negotiations prior to the signature of the off-plan sale with the Developer.
Supervision of construction up to delivery, monitoring building compliance with commitments, participation in Progress Committees and regular reporting to the Investor.
Assistance with building handover and post-handover follow-up
